Lee Wilmoth enlisted Crystal Visions to assist with bringing to life the logo mark for their consultancy Learn & Work—where they design learning solutions that transform workplaces and, most importantly, people.
Lee is a human-centered learning designer, strategist, and facilitator. They partner with organizations experiencing change to develop holistic learning experiences that consider all the required elements: the business problem, the performance problem, learner needs, and what success looks like. Lee has contributed to the success of remote tech start-ups, higher education, large corporations, and global consultancies. Whether it’s a learning and development strategy, virtual workshop design, or leadership development program, they weave together expertise in instructional design, adult learning and development, and facilitation. Lee is a life-long learner with a BA in Art History from Western Michigan University and MA Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Portland State University. A Michigander at heart but they currently reside in Portland, Oregon where they dance and perform, hike, travel, share meals with friends, speak broken French, and decorate interiors.
