CLIENT : REGIONAL ARTS & CULTURE COUNCIL (RACC) THE "M" WORD : Marketing essentials + websites for artists Saturday, November 10, 2018 at New Expressive Works *$25, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST *Registration : here This workshop is designed for any artist seeking tools and strategies to facilitate authentically engaging people with their work. Effective marketing for an artist requires a study of who they are and what they want from their artistic practice and career. Working from this philosophy, we’ll touch topics that span communicating your work, website design, marketing plans, social media, guerrilla marketing, press relations, identifying and retaining audience/s, and current habits of arts audiences. We’ll visit a range of marketing concepts and best practices so that participants can take away tactics to make representing, discussing, and marketing their work an authentic extension of their creative professional practice. *RACC is happy to work with you if the cost of the workshop is prohibitive. Contact Jae Yeun Choi, RACC's Program Specialist for Individual Artists at jchoi@racc.org or 503.823.5016.

CLIENT :  PERFORMANCE WORKS NORTHWEST  /  LINDA AUSTIN DANCE BROCHURE DESIGN : self-mailing, tri-panel/bi-fold, die cut Choreographer Linda Austin's most recent project called for major an update to her general organizational brochure. Ms. Austin needed a full brochure that could go the extra mile to function, when needed, as a self-mailing envelope or "flyer" for her variable schedule of performances and events. The result is a distinct, visually compelling piece that hits all the informational marks while saving this prolific choreographer and artistic director time and money with multi-functionality. ___ " Noelle Rocks ! As with previous projects, PWNW Is delighted with our new brochure! The creative and visioning processes with Noelle are always fun and lead us in the best directions. Noelle suggested a format we hadn’t thought of, and that reflects our values and mission, highlighting what makes us distinct. She also saw the piece through the printing process with professional persistence and grace."    -  Linda Austin  | Performance Works NW
