Based in Portland, OR, I'm an independent dance artist, graphic designer, and consultant. My work in design, dance, and the arts has been supported by Caldera, the Regional Arts and Culture Council, PICA's Time-Based Art Festival, the National Dance Project, Oregon Arts Commission, Performance Works NorthWest, Dance Truck, Precipice Fund, and others.
In the creative and nonprofit sectors, I've had the pleasure of serving in marketing, project management, education, curatorial, and development capacities for lucent organizations that include the Wexner Center for the Arts, Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, The Governor’s School of NC, and Portland State University's College of the Arts.
CRYSTAL VISIONS STUDIO: DESIGN/CONSULTING
Crystal Visions Studio (C.V.S.) is a space for projects and collaborations in composition, imagination, and consulting in a range of mediums.
Crystal Visions specializes in graphic design, marketing, communications, events, public relations, strategic consulting, and special projects for clients – big and small – on a mission to make their mark. C.V.S. synthesizes my background in visual storytelling, marketing, events, performance, festivals, fundraising, contemporary art, collaborative projects, and over a decade within the creative sector to produce deeply considered work with a signature penchant for the details that make the difference.

DANCE: ARTIST STATEMENT
As a dance artist, I am interested in how and where experience is held in the body. This interest provides a framework for extracting the corporeal language that both intimately connects and individuates us. The anchor of the body as the site of investigation allows for conversations between a multitude of disciplines.
CLIENTS SAY: Noelle Rocks! As with previous projects, PWNW Is delighted with our new brochure! The creative and visioning processes with Noelle are always fun and lead us in the best directions. Noelle suggested a format we hadn’t thought of, and that reflects our values and mission, highlighting what makes us distinct. She also saw the piece through the printing process with professional persistence and grace.
